About Us

Elkhorn Paving Company was founded by Paul Medelman in 2003. With 10 to 19 employees working on a project at a time, Elkhorn Paving is able to complete large projects on time, according to job specifications.

As one of the largest concrete service companies in the Northeast Nebraska area, our experience includes commercial and industrial concrete methods of all types, along with various types of concrete floor systems and highway / street construction.
